Shipping policy

At what point is my order sent?

 

We aim to dispatch products and gift boxes within 24 hours of an order being placed, but this may extend to 48 hours if ordered over the weekend, with delivery estimates as below depending on location. It is important that you understand and accept that any dispatch or delivery dates we provide are estimations only and the time of delivery is not of the essence. We will however use our reasonable efforts to keep you updated of any delays in delivery.

 

 

Delivery to the UK:

 

All our UK deliveries are managed by our fulfilment partner. All orders placed before 1pm will be fulfilled on the same day. Any orders after 1pm will be fulfilled on the next working day. Delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 working days from when the package was sent. All our deliveries come with tracked delivery and you will be notified by email once your order has been sent.

Delivery for orders under £35 is £2.95. Free delivery will apply to orders over £35.

 

Delivery to Ireland:

 

All Ireland deliveries are sent from our HQ in Ireland. All orders placed before 3pm will be fulfilled on the same day. Any orders after 3pm will be fulfilled on the next working day. Delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 working days from when the package was sent. All our deliveries come with tracked delivery and you will be notified by email once your order has been sent.

 

Delivery for orders under £42.50 is £4.65. Free delivery will apply to orders over £42.50
